Hotel RR Grand

Recently booked hall for Mundan party. Very poor catering service. Carpet was very dirty. Food is not up to mark. Waiters were not serving properly. Food was finished in between even not serving number of people (150) we booked. I will not recommend this for parties. Please avoid if you don't want to ruin your function.

We have not gone here but it looks good but I am sad that couples are not allowed

Had dinner here with friends and family. Ordered chilly chicken, French fries, chicken kali Mirch, and Mutton Rogan Josh. The food was very tasty. Went here to celebrate birthday and the cake prepared by the restaurant was delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. They have ample seating space.

The staff is extremely helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The Hotel provides you with almost every facility from Good Room Service, some very Delicious Dishes on the menu to Parking and Shopping Place and every thing you will ask for. The ROOFTOP BANQUET place was also great, perfect for all kinds of gatherings be it a reception or wedding. The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor banquet (party place) with the view of the city. And when i say the food was delicious (i mean it) Overall experience was awsome, i recommend this hotel to every couple and family. You won't regret, just be there. ;)

I had engagement function of my sister in hotel RR Grand. My expectations was same as I saw in other hotels. However, the service was worst. Not expected from this type of 3* hotel. The French fries in starter was too bad. At first sight I was confused what was that. They took time for starter. The food and the arrangement were also very 3rd class. No tables for couple to have lunch. Didn't expect this kind of service from this type of hotel.
