The entire team was incredibly cooperative, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with utmost professionalism. The food was simply outstanding--each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Housekeeping and overall service were impeccable, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Very poor service at Landmark Hotel. The service provided was worse than that of a local budget hotel. The restaurant service was extremely poor -- it took more than 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get a regular cup of tea. The staff was also very unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

very good but for Corporate Customers, Avoid taking MAP plans.. as while dinner they will treat u like u are unpaid. i am sharing a pic where u can see the color of same vegetable.. both are same vegetable, but color is line 1 is dal and one is vegetable.. , just asked to repeat the order.. MAP highly not recommended.. rest hotel is very good

I visited this hotel today. Awesome ambience and location of the hotel. Room is very spacious and very neat. I was offered Dinner included in room tarrif. What a delicious dinner I took in Garam Masala restaurant today , Maja aa gaya khane ka. Best in Lakhimpur Town.
