Hotel The Ideal

The Hotel is situated by Gorakhpur highway, outside of main city, room and washroom was clean, they give twin bed room food is also available at room, rates are a bit high as compared to other options available, they have a clean and beautiful garden which is also visible from room. Overall the stay was good.

We hosted two weddings at IDEAL Hotel, which is primarily a banquet hall and wedding lawn rather than a full-fledged hotel. While the venue serves its purpose for weddings and events, it falls short in several other aspects. The facility does offer a good number of rooms for guests and family members, but the service is practically non-existent. There are no arrangements for morning tea or coffee unless specifically requested at the front desk, and there is no cafeteria on-site. The condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired. The cleanliness is below standard, with dirty sheets and bathrooms that emit an unpleasant odor. This lack of attention to hygiene significantly detracts from the overall experience. While the venue may work for hosting weddings, those considering overnight stays should prepare for these shortcomings.

Rooms are average, but service was very good.

I stayed there for one night with family. The room is spacious and all the staffs are very cooperative and well mannered. I reached there at 9 PM. They took my dinner order and prepared after that. The food was also very delicious. I forgot to take the photos of room. Thank you all for your support.

Washroom always smells Sheets ans pillow has hairs allover and smells too Exchanged sheets too had stains and hair problem
