Located on main highway, great property for halts. Secured car park adds safety for two wheelers and cars. Rooms are neatly arranged and large outward facing windows in all rooms is delightful. Staff is meagre, but are efficient and friendly. Proprietor is a visible presence, and it adds to improvements, daily maintenance. Restaurant is functional and adaptive to requirements of customers. Prices are quoted higher than nearby properties. And these are negotiable. Efforts in maintaining place is visible and worthy. Staff could be formalised instead of being multi functional and Ad-Hoc in nature

Wonderful place. Clean and hygienic washrooms and rooms. Tasty and fresh food. The spice level of the food is personally catered to everyone. Highly recommend!!!

JP palace is the best place to stay in Kushinagar..Rooms were super clean and hygienic with all amenities and the food was also very good.. Prompt service of the staff is commendable and special mention to Mr. Brijbhusan bhaiya (restaurant staff) who has till date given the best service

The hotel is a great place to spend weekends/holidays with family, especially if you are in a large family group. Rooms are luxurious with ultra modern facilities bathrooms with toilets An entrance lawn, and an indoor dining area with a party hall. We are very impressed with this hotel as a small house on the Buddha Circuit along the highway - clean and tidy, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.They also have small dishes of the day (delicious local) , A very recommendable place with good service also! Service was amazing and the owners seemed like kind and wonderful people. you can Payment by cash/credit/debit card or via UPI app. Not recommended for people who use wheelchairs or have mobility difficulties, as there are stairs to the entrance of the hotel. Manager Amit Tiwari and owner and vanish all staff in the hotel provided good service, friendly and comfortable stay. The hotel was also very clean.
