Hotel Adelphi Grande

Recently stayed at Adelphi Grande Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Basic amenities were missing--there was not even a single bottle of water or a tissue provided in the room. There was no bathroom door mat, and the toilet jet spray was broken. The bedsheets and blanket were dirty, making the stay uncomfortable. However the staffs were friendly and helpful. To make things worse, there was no hot water even after running it for over seven minutes. The elevator was also out of order, making it extremely inconvenient. Overall, the hotel appears to be in desperate need of maintenance, and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Service is very bad. We asked for simple water bottle but didn't receive till 3 4 hours. Very bad and poor service. Rooms are okay

Dear guest Hotel Adelphi Grang is located in Buddha Marg in Kushinagar . It is very Good Proprite and. MR Abhay Dube is Manager is very polite person all Staff is very nice. The Services provide is very excellent we recommend to every one stay in this hotel. We are thanks for Mr Dube sir and all staff.

Very poor condition and dirty all around. Please see pictures shared. Full of dirty things under the bed. Bed sheets were not cleaned absolutely. It was used by people who were there definitely. TV was not working.....very bad condition. Must complain to Indian authorities about hygiene of this hotel

Location is good u will like it because it's away from road so it's quietand rooms are fine maybe prices are high but that is negotiable.
