Nice and comfortable place to stay with all amenities. Courteous staff and the senior management is always ready to extend their cooperation for the guest's comfortable stay. Location is superb with ample parking space. Rooms are of big size with cozy bed. Food is just delicious. The property has a huge open space to handle large gatherings of marriage or any other family functions. Will strongly recommend to give it a try if you want a comfortable and memorable stay on the way to Gorakhpur to and fro.

I got married here in 2021. Rooms were okay. Bathrooms could be improved. Service was okayish too. Food here is fine. I have conducted other programs in their hall too from time to time..

We booked Royal Residency for the wedding of my younger brother. We liked the look and feel, its grandeur, ample parking space and lush greenery. We had around seven rooms booked for the guests as well. The rooms were large, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The washrooms were clean and tidy. The rooms were located at Ground Floor as well as First Floor. We had outsourced catering service to one of the caterers. He made great arrangements in the party lawn. The space was huge and he could do a splendid job in terms of decorating the place; be it stage, seating area, food counters and others. The wedding rituals and procession took place in the closed commodious hall. It was well-decked and decorated. The reception area of the hotel was huge and the services were highly satisfactory. We loved the place thoroughly and plan to stay there afterward as well.

The restaurant here is closed since the Corona period, so you will have to go to another restaurant for food. You will find good restaurants here in Kushinagar to eat.

Very nice rooms and attractive garden here

Stayed 2 nights in a large triple bed room. Room was dated but beds were clean. Toilet and bathroom were separated.|Wifi connectivity is best at lobby, could not connect in the room. When there's no big tour groups, the restaurant will serve 3 course meals including soup, several main dishes and dessert. If there's tour group, buffet dinner will be served. Overall the food and service were not bad.

I have never seen a worse hotel than this and will never see one again. Forget food, these people don't even provide a clean place for the driver to take bath.
