Lotus Nikko Hotel

One of the worst hotels that you can ever stay. The staff is just borderline stupid and service quality is pathetic. I would avoid this hotel at any cost. There are hotels like Imperial which are way better for the same price

Very nice place Good service Large room

Very nice staff. Rooms are huge. Mattresses in some rooms are a bit hard. It was perfect for me. Just ask staff what you prefer. Best thing for me was the always creative breakfast and dinner. Best I had in my journey.

The hotel is nice but a little dated. We were with a large group on a tour, so we took up many rooms and not all of them had good air conditioning. But the restaurant buffet meals were good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The resort is very spacious and is full of greenery. The rooms are well ventilated and are clean. The only problem that I found was that the network inside the room was very weak. So, if someone is truly looking for a spiritual retreat far away from technology, this place could be a viable option for you.

A very large property with a very large room - ours was 780 sq feet with a seperate drawing room, seperate toilet & shower, bath tub in shower. Nice garden view from every room. Relatively a small menu but very good food. Excellent service & very personalised services of the staff was icing on the cake. Very large porch with a lovely Buddha statue which gives you a feeling of being in a temple. Recommended.

The room is very big for two person. We stay three person with extra bed and still have many space. The provided heater is not enough hot for such a big room.||||The toilet and shower room are in separated. The toilet flushing have issue with low pressure to push down. It is necessary to improve.||||The dining room is just renovated and bigger room then before. The food are nice and tasty.

It was a brief overnight stop and we checked in late. Rooms are basic, food average, nothing special. Room and especially the toilet could be cleaner and the bathroom and toilet needs major upgrading. ||Plus side, perfect location. It is within walking distance to the temples. For pilgrims this hotel is probably adequate.
