Hotel Shri Radha Orchid Barsana

This hotel is extremely bad and is very very highly priced. if I compare this with any hotel of similar pricing, I would expect a great professionalism. However, this hotel is far low standard. |1. No elevator or escalator|2. No parking. Every morning they would wake you up to move your car for some other vehicle has to move. |3. Poor controls on air-conditioning. Either you will be pressure cooked or froast-bitten. |4. Missing basic Amenities of hotel of this price range viz. in room slippers, Kettle, in-room mini fridge etc. All they provide is a bed, TV, Furniture and bathroom. |5. The Bathroom fittings are ages old. The toilet pan has some metal fitting of old type, which one needs to be careful of, if you want to prevent injury to your tailbone area. |6. They provide only 1 complimentary water bottle in double occupancy and have expensive second supply. |7. Bathroom amenities include stinking old, discolored towels, and some poor quality shower gel. |8. They don't clean the room unless you call them at least 3 to 4 times. |9. There is no in-house laundry. They send it to some local person. This person does not know anything of the laundry. He spoiled by 70K worth silk clothes, despite I had warned at least three time before handing over the Laundry. As a compensation, they offered me waiver of food bill of 500 and Laundry bill of 400! |10. The people in staff are just house keepers. Nothing professional. |11. Food is terribly bad.||The worth of this hotel per night is not more than 800 to 1000 INR per day. if you pay anything more, it's waste.

No lift or elevator. No proper parking space. Didn't provide 1 complimentary water bottle even after highlighting at the reception. Did incorrect billing which further delayed our departure. No 1st aid kit was available on sight. Too highly priced as per available facilities

Very bad experience, the behaviour of staff was inappropriate and the management was so poor . Guys never ever visit to this hotel . They have no value of their own words .

Worst rooms worst service and the staff behaviour was very bad ,I have booked online and u reached hotel at night 12 o clock and the room condition was very bad

One of the best hotels I have visited. I really did not expect this much out of this place.

Food is awesome, rooms are below average as per price. Restaurant is awesome wity nice service and taste, although room was having non-functional television which made my son disappointed... I choosen a room with balcony fo4 fresh air and had to change due to a lot noise in fan. Balnkets were dirty, but thanks tonstafg who changed on asking. Due to noise we had to change room, and we were informed that both rooms are same but new room was not having balcony. Seems these things are happening due to new hotel and with time these all may improve. Thanks a lot to all staff as behaviour and politeness was awesome.

Worst behaviour of staff, also they are charging more than there service ,, Rude staff Super deluxe room is worst .... We booked super deluxe , after reach the location we feel the room is like OYO rooms the atmosphere was suffocated then we decide to change the room into deluxe that was better but they charged same amount as super deluxe I don't know what was the difference.... Even they are charging more than online price on other platforms , Their staff was very unprofessional and rude ...

Very nice stay here. Staff is very cooperative. Room are very clean service is super fast . Happy to stay here . Food quality also 5 star .
