SPOT ON Ganga Resort

Worst experience ever.Worst place, I booked from Goibibo, I reached the hotel, I booked an AC room when I came there the room was not available and the person there was switching me to non-ac that too without any confirmation or refund, plus he was rude, senile, very bad person. Do Not visit here, instead look for the ashram you'll learn and stay with nice sages and people from all over the world.

Worst Experience ever ; Boycott this property # the owner of the worst person I have ever talked ; # Mr Ayush Pratap Singh Yadav has worst management ; #I had prepaid bookings for 3 rooms but when I arrived at midnight to check-in with my family carrying small children, they refused to give me any room; # the owner has not shown any interest in the matter ; talked arrogantly #only one room was empty without AC and when we checked the room, the condition was pitiful; #OYO (our booking partner) was absolutely useless; they were unable to find us a place to stay. I wish I had used MMT or GOIBIBO instead. #We eventually Ieft for home out of exasperation.

It was worst experience in my life so dirty room not anyone hotel staff there only one security guard met, when I call Oyo customer care they don't pick phone I have taken the room in other hotel in urgent basis. I suggest you do not book this hotel very bed site and hotel condition. Its like ghost house.

It's not a hotel. It's just a under construction building. Not sure how they got permission from government to run a hotel. Would prefer not to visit this place till the works are completed...

That is normal place to visit here if you want visit koyla ghat and shree krishna sarovar baad mathura then stay here. Otherwise it's not a good location for visit. Please avoid.

Worst experience, bad rooms, under construction rooms, very bad service, no one ever imagine about how bad a resort, never think to book, must blacklist the resort.
