Experience - Poor Service and Food I had high hopes for this resort, but the experience was far from enjoyable. The staff were inattentive and seemed disinterested in helping guests. Simple requests took ages to be fulfilled, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism and courtesy. The food was another major letdown--bland, overpriced, and lacking variety. Even basic dishes were poorly prepared, and the dining area wasn't particularly clean. Overall, this resort did not live up to expectations. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to others looking for quality service or dining. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay. The food was tasteless and poorly presented, but the worst part was the dirty, unhygienic plates they served it on. It was honestly unacceptable and made us question the overall cleanliness of the resort. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and enjoyable stay.

Ambience good however Not Favourable for Small Group Parties. The regular food served after long wait & Party Hall provided without AC . Faced irregularities in each activity & was spoiled show. Resort management would prefer customer with large volumes paying higher prices...disappointing.

I was there for a family marriage at this location and the known Moon and Mars resort... 7th to 9th May.. I have experienced one of the worst services at this resort.. the staff is non attentive does not care about the guest.. The food quality is OK..but they have no differentiation in starters and main course. The plates used for serving were dirty and unhygienic.. Overall a very bad experience..

Don't book this venue for your event. Their service is slow and lethargic. This will majorly spoil your event and overall experience of everyone. They will not take any accountability for anything as well. Don't go by the looks of the venue they will surely disappoint you with their service and behaviour. Unchi dukaan fika pakwaan fits appropriately on them.

We had booked this resort for my sister-in-law's wedding, and while some aspects were great, others were a complete letdown. Food (5/5 ) The only thing that truly stood out was the food. Every meal across Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet, and Shaadi was flawless--delicious. The catering team (Abhimanyu and team) deserves full credit for maintaining high standards. Decor (3/5 ) For the price we paid, we werr satisfied with output. Special Effects - A Complete Waste of Money (0/5 ) We paid 55,000 for special effects, and it was an absolute disaster. The manager, Pragya, was operating remotely and barely coordinated with the on-ground team. Despite repeatedly chasing her, everything was delayed by an hour, and she kept assuring us things were "ready" when they weren't. We had to send her videos of the venue to prove that nothing was set up--completely unprofessional. DJ & Music - Unacceptable (0/5 ) 1. The DJ completely ruined the Sangeet and Wedding entry by stopping the music mid-way and even before the groom's entry. These are once-in-a-lifetime moments, and they were mishandled terribly. 2. To make matters worse, the DJ fell down, which led to the groom's elder brother getting a plaster. Despite this, neither the DJ nor the management even acknowledged their mistake, let alone apologized. Their attitude was shockingly indifferent. Final Thoughts If you're considering this resort, book it only for the food--because everything else, especially event execution and management, was not worth the price. If you do go ahead, I would strongly recommend hiring external vendors for DJ and special effects to avoid unnecessary stress and disappointment. Overall Rating: (3/5) - Saved only by the food.

Manegement communication and services is very poor.They are non reliable.They don't provide a good service to customers.They are very greedy people and their greed deals with person's feelings.In our case they gave priority to their greed, to money instead of our deal which they did with us. They cancelled our deal because they got a bigger deal with some other party. They don't know the buisness priciples.

I enjoyed their Pool offer and the pool is really clean and hygienic. The food was awesome and the best part is the management behaviour and support. Loved the Ambience .

A good place to organise wedding here. Catering is good with tasty food and best part is availability of rooms so you are never far from the venue of any function. Garden Aroma restaurant provides variety of cuisines. Rates may feel on higher side but it's worth it.
