Well Designed hotel, Spacious room...Club RC Manager Mr.B.K.Yadav is very professional man,He is always so cooperative for guest even i for 24*7...He always help our guest....Hotel was very cleaned and equiped wth games facilities as well. It was really a wonderful experience with hotel manager Mr.B.K.Yadav. I enjoyed the stay over there. Hotel management is very cooperative and every person always have veey calm attitude with guest. Food quality and service was up to the mark. Full on Home type of service. Hotel location is on NH 28. Calm place to spend quality time... Overall 5 star stay at this Hotel.

So nice and beautiful hotel service at Rajendra.. manager mr.B.K.Yadav is very good and careful. All service is very nice and Hotel location is good. And hospatilaty and Restaurent service is good and 24 hours. B.K.Yadav is good person and he is always supportive of his guest.Thanks manager sahab thanks. I give your hotels 5 stars... Very helpful and kind staff Good service nice hotel

Nice infrastructure but the hotel management is really bad.. Hotel staff behaves like your hostel warden.. They have a restaurant which overcharges for the poor quality food served... Booked this hotel after seeing a good review but I felt really bad after staying here. My room's bedsheets were full of hairs and when I complained to the management they were like no way all the bedsheets are new and once I took them to my room after an hour and showed them the hairs then they changed the blankets showing faces to me. The person who stays in reception talks to u like u r some unwanted person to him. This is my first time seeing such behavior in hotel industry. Hope the management sees the review and takes action..

This pg is superb made are frindly, helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily nd with spacious, air conditioned, wireless internet.Pg is open at 6 am nd closed 11pm aunty she is a great nd helpfull lady. It's location is in the heart of florence nd it's an easy walk to get anywhere.
