It was a very bad experience. Food was also not up to the mark. Most importantly the staff manager who was in charge of the dining room at night should learn from a good management college how to talk to customers. But the atmosphere is attractive.

Booked Venue for engagement- Very cooperative staff members and services provided were too good. Had great time there, fully satisfied with the catering service and decor provided by them. Highly recommend everyone to visit.

Ambience is great and nice place to visit. However staff's behaviour is not good and need to learn the etiquette and manner that how to treat customers.

For a small town gig, it is a surprise as a wonderfully ample property. Architectural issues are there as lifts are crampy, staircases are domesticated so that reception desk is alcoved. Rooms, halls, lawns, courtyard, parking are ample and well planned. Fabulous property for a gathering of upto 500.

This hotel is very nice or beautiful hotel in Sitapur and compared to the nearby hotels and but personally I felt that the staff here is quite good, the food room is also very good or the best thing is that the people here have maintained the property very well. what happened Virat pathak Bareilly Uttar Pradesh.

Visited their restaurant for dinner with family friends and had an amazing experience. The food was excellent and the service top-notch.
