I would like to share my experience about this hotel. The staff here is very good and cooperates. Parking space is good. I like one more thing about this hotel, there is a temple complex and and good garden where you feel very good, if you come with your family then you can enjoy a good time You can find Vivek he is very jolly nature and very helpful.

Very bad service. The staff doesn't know how to treat the guests. Most of the waiters have rude and arrogant behaviour. Terrific experience. Now it's up to you if you want to come here or not.

It was a bad experience. After committing to breakfast, they refused it in the morning, saying it was "as per their wish." The food quality was very poor, and the management was worse. At the time of checkout, they demanded a higher price than the original booking price, and when we opposed, they gathered goons. So, after making the payment as demanded, we checked out. Please avoid visiting this place, especially with your family, as there is a high risk of your family getting hurt.

I came with my whole family to eat at your restaurant on the day of Raksha Bandhan. Everything was fine but the food was very bad. Thank you very much for spoiling our entire festival. We will never come to your restaurant again nor will anyone else there. would suggest going

I booked in advance for 5 guests and when I arrived they closed the hotel/restaurant and did not even inform me about anything. My whole party was ruined because I travelled from far away to come here. and people around there were vulgar to me. I thought if I could not go to a restaurant I should at least visit the temple. but I could not because there was no parking available. also, I don't know exactly but I think something bad happened there. people there told me that manager of hotel beat the family of 10 who came to celebrate birthday. my advice would if you are coming this far for restaurant maybe you should consider going to other mainstream of hotel of Pbh.

I want to give zero stars, most of these 4-5 stars are not genuine; i wasted my whole party, i had 4 people with me, first of all i don't know why staff did not gave us menu, and then we ordered, our food did not came for 25 min, also as per the taste, prices were quite high. i dont mind paying so much for food, but the food was dhabha level. and in name of desert they do next to nothing. as per service, staff was quite rude and arrogant, it felt like they dont want us there. location is also not good, and environment is too loud. one last thing Parking problem is worst then Sneh and other hotels.
