Namo Palace

According to me, my first experience was very good, their rooms were very neat and clean. The behaviour of the staff was very good. The owner Mr. Yug, Mr. Amir and Mr. Rishu impressed me a lot with their way of talking. Overall my experience has been very good.

A great dine in place that serves Chinese and North Indian cuisine. We specifically went there to indulge in their North Indian menu and the quality and taste didn't disappoint us. The ambiance inside the dhaba was good however the atmosphere just outside the Namo palace around the parking lot was somewhat disturbing.

I visited Namo Palace coincidentally while taking my parents to the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj. We were traveling for more than 16hours from Kolkata and the Varanasi highway was jam packed and the cars weren't moving for hours. My parents were exhausted and that's when I saw this hotel from car and went to check for room and got the only suite room available at the time. We ended up staying here for 4days, while I was showing my parents around in Varanasi. I received amazing hospitality and support from the moment I went here. All the staffs and the owners were extremely courteous. My mother was traveling with a broken arm and hip injuries. Yug was very helpful and assisted me to plan my trip around the very crowded city at the time without much hassle. I am glad we stayed here. Both me and my parents and even our driver felt very respected. Thank you!

All the stops are very good, there is a lot of space for car parking, all the food is very tasty
