the hotel is a typical example of uuNcii dukaan phiikii pkvaan the hotel entrance, gallery, lift area, rooms are all well constructed, beautiful and well lit you will think waoo this is a super cool hotel to stay in but the problem arises due to their poorly managed services 1- bed sheet and blankets were stained with shoe marks and yellow food stains 2- did not provide towel, water and toiletry kits unless we demanded by calling them 3-4 times 3- 6-8 rounds of debate with reception guys even after that did not get clean towel and bed sheets. 4- towel was so dirty that even a ddhaabaa vala would not keep it with him 5- bathroom design is very bad, door did not lock up properly, 6 - overall attitude of the hotel manager was of negligence and let go things without much attention.

I had very bad experience with this hotel. We booked 4 rooms for my brothers marriage as we were not aware of the reality of this hotel at that time. They will just charge you money and that is the whole motive ( customer experience is of their least concern ) , Also during wedding season they skyrocket their room prices without any logic. Hotel Management is poor and rude. They are happy with what they are doing and are not open to suggestions and improvements. Rooms and bedsheets were not clean and quite old as well. A best example of " Bahar se kuch aur and Andar se Kuch Aur ". Will not Recommend to others.

Very unprofessional people. I went in through make my trip with a complimentary breakfast package. But they charged for complimentary breakfast. Rooms are very small with bad linen. The hot water geyser does not function. A horrible experience. I would never recommend it to anyone else. Moreover make my trip is hopeless. Never helps the guests. Once they receive their package money they are not bothered.

Worst hotel. Very rude and unappologetic staff and manager. Don't ever go there. They will give you used towels and bedsheets. Small size rooms. Kindly note rooms are not the same as shown in photografs. Not at all value for money. Complete waste of money and time. Worst Oyo rooms and pathetic behavior of staff. Too much disturbance during night as this Oyo rooms located on highway , so heavy vehicles noise , could not sleep at all in night due to disturbance.

Room and all services is good. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered.

Worst management! I booked 4 rooms a week ago here and they say their rooms are not available!

Room is ok but room service is very poor. Restaurant food costly & restaurant service poor.

Pathetic management and rude staff. You will end up starving if stayed here
