Good hotel staff Food is good Friendly behavior But parking is not well

Really to ganga palace hotel this is really awesome hotel and good service and very cooperative staff specialy as a manager Mr. Malik Singh very nice person.

Worst service worst hotel don't stay here Worst room and worst food

TVs are installed but not working because of non recharge of DTH. TVs are working in some rooms only. When asked about TV not working then staff said you should told earlier that you want TV service also.Mobile network is not coming in interior rooms. In one room water is leaking from western commode from below continuously. There is no mirror & almirah in rooms. False ceiling is very less in height. There's is no geyser system in hotel. You have to use immersion electric road. But good thing is that rooms are clean including bad sheets & towels.

Pathetic staff, need money for everything, even we asked to keep deposit for our day to day expenditure but they are not ready to do that, even receptionist (Mr. Rajeev) send a person to my room at 9 PM and asked me to come to reception when I reached there they asked for Rs. 45 for tea and that is really pathetic that person may take that money in my room itself. They are not ready to provide extra blanket and I spent night in this cold. Better go for some other option worst hotel in Kasganj

1- extremely bad behaviour of the management. 2- basic amenities were not provided 3- services were not at all up to the mark. 4- tv, dressing, mirror and many basic requirements were not provided. 5. Arguing with the customer

Property bit inside lane but ample parking space, rooms are good for single occupency and double both with Air conditioning, but no power backup for AC. Only fans and lights will work. Zomato & Swiggy delivery available

Hotel is located very near to railway station..location is in a lane from a main the road. Its a newly bulit hotel so will find everything new..there is no proper ventilation in toilets and in the corridors...no exhausts fitted..no outside window...you can stay there if you have some work in the city or u might wanna spend a night and leave..rooms interior is ok to good...parking space is there...there is no kitchen at the moment..so no room service..
