The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the overall infrastructure is impressive - truly a comfortable and welcoming environment. However, the in-house food is quite expensive with very limited options, which led us to prefer dining outside. Despite that, the overall experience was great and I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodation and ambiance.

The ambience, food, service everything was off the charts! Managed by Mr Amit he handled everything smoothly even after it being on short notice! Had an amazing experience. The staff was very polite and helpful. The management was there the whole time to help us with anything and everything! They even displayed a photo at the lobby as a last minute request.

I Visit the hotel ambience was very good. and staff was very helpful and polite. room was clean housekeeping service was excellent. front desk staff is polite and trained||service was good food was tasty. CBC outlet look beautiful. salt restaurant breakfast so good and there was staff was happy to help.||||All over staff was very polite and helpful.

The stay was so delightful and comfortable. The food was very yummy and served hot with proper cutlery. The top of the crown was welcome by Mr. Amit Yadav the Manager, he is so humble and wonderful person , I ever met. I would love to stay again whenever I visit.

Had a great time celebrating my parents' anniversary. Mr Amit was very supportive and ensured we had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend for all your dinner outings - great food, great ambience and very helpful staff. Thank you :)

Hotel is good enough, if main building has to be considered, but I had not a good experience with them, I booked executive room, one week before, I got the confirmation also, but when I checked in, I was been asked to wait for 30 minutes as room was not ready, after 30 minutes I was asked to go to other building for executive room, I was surprised to see the room, it was not an executive room, it was their banquet building rooms. When I asked the reception on the same, they said it is executive suite. Though they are mentioning 5 star property, but no such feeling i got. Anyway their Food is good, very tasty, staff is very cooperative, room service is good. House keeping is excellent. My suggestion is wherever you book a room, during booking only please get it confirmed that room is in the same building front building only.

Selected Property in kanpur to stay with comfort zone including pool,Gym,Coffee shop,Bakery Eggless inside,saloon inside The premises only .....That's why I preferred only Vijay intercontinental to stay .....There is one old employ Yadav ji at the Hotel front Only ....He is very Helpful to Through out the Entire stay
