Townhouse 1075 Hotel Spotlight

Location is good , but staff is totally lazy or didn't want to work for guests or customers. Even television or ac is not in working position if you do complaint with staff they went away and you stay there as like foolish. Also fee is very high 1500/- but staff work or staff is totally zero . Don't go there please choose another one.

1) Most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed in. 2) The manager or whoever sits at the counter was rude and condescending. 3) The rooms were shabby, washroom was dirty. 4) Bedsheets, curtains are having blood strains. 5) Mosquitos mouse are roaming. 6) Hotel charged me extra as compared to what was suggested in the app. 7) Toilet Flush are not working. 8) Drinking water availability and rooms are stacked like a prison cell. 8) Very unhygienic. It was such a bad experience. Please don't waste your money and good time at this Hotel

The hotel has many negative points: 1. The room are very dirty and they donot prefer to give you the keys and that's ve ry concerning. 2. They can't even provide a plate and spoon whereas they give a use and throw paper plates which is like sooo bad. 3. The washroom are very very dirty and they will not even clean even if you ask. 4. The bedsheet and pillows are very bad condition. 5. The hotel is only for couples where they come and do their bussiness and leave. 6. They will not provide the water bottle and if you ask them they will charge more than the MRP 30/-. 7. They will not even give the soap which basic things to provide. 8. They will not recharge the TV and say it's not working. 9. There is not even a basic ventilation possibility and the floors are sooo dirty. 10. The rooms will be dirty and dusty with tooo many bed bugs Thank you for such a horrible stay

The bedbugs attacked us in the middle of the night and when we got out for help no one was at the counter to help us out. 5) Finally we had to resort to rest in our car as it was too late. 6) Hotel charged me extra as compared to what was suggested in the app. 7) No safety precautions whatsoever. No fire extinguisher, drinking water availability and rooms are stacked like a prison cell. 8) Hotel was dirty right from the entry door to the top rooms. It had stains and dirt all over. It was such a bad experience. Please don't waste your money and good time at this Hotel.

This is like the worst hotel there can ever be. I don't recommend this for anyone, if you're going there you're making a HUGE mistake.

The location is good at a nearby metro station and rooms were also okay but there were mosquitoes all over there also some other mites and also the wall is full of mosquitoes dead bodies sticking on it. What should I say about service one word only it's pathetic, no one will come for the servicing and when I ask about the light issue in my room the person at reception did nothing he did not send any one also I ask him to send some kind of coil or mosquito repellent he said we can not arrange that. They do not even have power backup. staff behaviour is also not good. I see many unmarried couples coming there. No water was given and they also charge more for water more than the actual MRP for the 20 rs bottle they are charging 30 and when I ask the manager I don't know if she was, she told me it's hotel price so that's why it's different what kind of service you guys are proving and the attitude you guys showing are not going hand in hand.

They will charge extra money at the checkin. You will feel unsafe as their staff use abusive language. So try pay on your hotel booking app

am deeply dissatisfied with the cleanliness and safety in the hotel. When a woman establishes the fact that she feels unsafe in a particular place, there's no more debate or argument to it. If she says she feels unsafe, it's unsafe for a mother and daughter to stay. Period. The hotel is extremely unsanitary. It IS NOT FIT FOR FAMILY OR WOMEN ALONE. I blindly trusted the Agoda reviews and I have an extreme amount of regret for it. I feel unsafe. It's unhygienic. There's pan spit everywhere in the room, the stains of pans. There's traces of alcohol and cigrette ashes around the room. Inspite of me requesting them to clean the room, they simple came in, acted like cleaning it well and exited the room. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and the hotel. I will clearly NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!
