The Pristine Hotel

The housekeeping Alka and Sanjeev were very warm, approachable,friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff Especially Vikas,Vibhanshu,Dipika were great. The front desk Sheetal was superrbb. She was helpful in getting us our cabs to and from the destination. And she always kept an eye out for us. Not to forget to mention Firdaus, Irfan were also very very sweet.

I went for dining experience at Tamarind situated on the 9th floor. The view is beautiful, and the setup is very nice. The staff was nice, and the service was quick. Quick hack: Pre book ur table from swiggy or zomato for flat offers. At least when I went, I had some amazing running offers.

Clean and well laid out rooms, decent customer service and food. The hotel staff is more than eager to help customers. The The view from the breakfast area is amazing.|Would recommend to stay once, it's a little away from the city so quiet and calm.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the rooms are spacious, well maintained. The food is delicious and the entire place is kept clean. Rakesh singh the staff member is sweet and helped us with our luggage from checking in to checking out . All the staff are nice and sweet.

The hotel is really nice. Firdaus ans Rakesh are so professional with their work and so humble. I Would definitely choose to stay here whenever in Kanpur. Their rooms are really fancy and clean. The food is top notch. There is really nothing I could complain about.

Disappointing Experience at Pristine Hotel Kanpur I strongly advise against booking this hotel. My recent stay was a disaster from the start. I booked a superior room through Agoda, specifying my name as the lead guest. However, when my partner and I arrived for early check-in, we were made to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes. To our surprise, the hotel staff then informed us that the room was booked for single occupancy, despite our king-size superior room booking. This was unacceptable, especially considering it was a business trip. The staff's attitude and behavior were unprofessional, and I suspect they treated us differently based on our ID card addresses. To add insult to injury, they assigned us a smelly room without properly checking it. This was my first and last visit to this hotel, and I've sworn off visiting Kanpur altogether. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs.

I had birthday party at 13 April." The perfect place for our ocassion. They provide good facilities to us all is very awesome.Ms shivani the manager is very good and very helpful.I really appreciate her work &thankful to her presence all time Hospitality, kindness,decorations &all the service were there as expected.

Worst ever experience of my guests, who stayed there. When they arrived after a long journey the restaurant didn't serve the food on time, it took 1.5 hrs to get the lunch served. And that too with a horribly slow service. When one of my guests ordered food without garlic and onion, first they took the order, delayed it till the last minute and then didn't deliver to their rooms. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY OUTSTATION GUEST COMING TO KANPUR. We also had a party in the hall, it was organised well by manager Ms. Shivani, but such horrible behaviour of the restaurant and room service people with my guests is unacceptable. Looked like some fraud happened with my guests. BAD VERY BAD
