This is the worst hotel I have seen in my life After taking money no one is available to hear from you Hotel management is so much rude They are charging everything so much costly Price are like 5* hotel And services are like Village side Dhaba

Staff is very good and greets every time with a smile. Clearly appears that they are happy to serve their customers. Santosh housekeeping staff goes an extra mile to serve like we had to travel to next destination far off and he coming ahead to refill our personal water bottles saying it's very hot and extra water will be of immense help||||Ankit, Zaid's team very assertive

This hotel is about 2.5 KM from railway station and Auto/ Cycle Rick/ Ola etc can be availed from rly station. Hotel has facilities available for business traveler, Wifi was 24/7 available without any interruption. Room I stayed was standard size and the lobby and rooms are clean and maintained properly. Eventhough hotel is on the busy road you are not disturbed by traffic noise. Staff was helpful. Defenitely will be my first choice to stay during the next visit.

Absolutely worst place to stay! AC doesn't work properly. Cockroaches everywhere. Bathroom's not clean. Frequent electricity disruptions. Most of the items in the menu not available. No healthy food options. They can't even make tea properly. Elevator doesn't work. Very unwelcoming staff who feel they are doing a favor and feel burdened to serve you. And all of this for a price of more than 2K. Why not shut the place!
