Good ambience and nice behaviour of staff

Nice hotel.. recently I satayed there for 04 days during my visit to IIT kanpur.. Staffs are excellent.. Managers Amit and Rahul are very helpful and caring.. They provided me transportation facilities with reasonable rates.. Altogether it was a nice experience..

Good Hotel . Let me tell you reason for that as well. Location , prime location as situated on road in front of SBI Ambience , right from entrance , you are welcome with automatic sensor driven Gates which give high class hotel feeling. Rooms are spacious , clean, with Queen Size bed, quilt with clean and Good looking covers,, clean bedsheets. And also sofa and center table as well. Service is also very good . And prasentation of provided food is beyond expectation. The taste is also good , which you will love . Not to mention, TV(??) AC etc . Bathrooms are bigger, cleaner and hygienic as well. With specially provided bathroom sleepers .

Very good rooms but only issue is modernization like hot water kettle not kept, Water bottle and welcome kit is not there Property is big and well made only issue is modernization and hiring trained staff.

A good property. All is well but improvement in maintenance required. Recently I stayed here for two days. It was very discomfort able to stay in the room because of pesticide treatment . Rooms need white wash and maintenance. Staff was very good and cooperative.

Been coming to this property for last fifteen years. It is family run and has little frills but the service is sincere and honest. I have seen it grow in these years, new luxurious rooms have been built on 4th and 5th floor, which are excellent in terms of furnishing, amenities and price. The food is freshly prepared and very good. The location is very convenient. Rahul at the front desk and Neeraj, the room waiter are always ready with their courteous care and excellent service.
