The Gagan Plaza Hotel

I stayed there for 1.5 days..Staffs r very cooperative.food is good..loved the tea also.Roomd r neat n upto.The main problem are cockroach..rolling in washrooms..Hotel should see this .I will definitely stay there as station is near by.. parking is ample.Just for cockroaches I am giving less star...

Good for staying there. Location is also good. As compare to the price of room is justify.

Deluxe rooms need major renovation as the quality isn't upto the mark. While booking in advance we requested the receptionist to show the room but since rooms were full so they didnt show images also. In the end while check out they didnt give tax invoice. Agoda price is cheapest. Cleanliness was fine.

Disappointed with Lack of Hot Water and Unresponsive Service** I recently stayed at Hotel Gagan Plaza in Kanpur during the peak of winter, and I am deeply disappointed with my experience. Despite the cold weather, the hotel failed to provide hot water for bathing, which was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I tried to call the reception to address this issue, nobody attended to my calls. This lack of responsiveness and poor service added to my frustration. As a paying guest, I expect basic amenities like hot water and attentive service, especially during the winter season. Unfortunately, Hotel Gagan Plaza did not meet these expectations, and I hope they take immediate steps to improve their services for future guests.

The man at reception is so rude and misbehaving. We booked superior rooms but he provided dirty small rooms and when asked about it he told to cancel and get refund from MMT. He told us to get out and misbehaved even with my old parents.

Service is good, but that one guy at reception is very angry and don't have manners on how to speak to client, always shouting, he needs to be calming, other staff are good, Paratha in breakfast was good, tea coffee is decent and hygiene levels are not that great and needs major improvement, this hotel is in renovation and some floors are already renovated and some of them are pending. The only good part is the reception area downstairs and by seeing the reception area only we decided to book this hotel, overall decent experience

Budget frendly hotel in good location n food restaurant disco bar every thing was superb

Rooms are average, ac was not working well, toilet pot was broken and service was not as good as should be there are need some improvements
