Have attended a family wedding function for 3 days at this hotel situated at Main GT Road near Jareeb Chowki and hardly 15 Minutes ride to Kanpur Central Railway station which was a memorable one . Found the overall venue environment very positive - Huge Banquet hall, Spacious Rooms with beautiful Interiors and decore in the lobbies and ample sitting area at each floor lobby was beautifully maintained.. Hospitality was just amazing and quality of Food & Beverages was fresh delicious and hygienic throughout the stay with plenty of vegetarian options. Service was just outstanding... to start from the front office to housekeeping and restaurant staff ..all the staff were very polite and quick to serve us . Highly recommend this venue for the family functions, corporate events and friends get together parties..

Had a very aweful experience. The hotel staff don't know hospitality, they need a proper training. 1.While we were in the room they got inside with a customer to show the room and this they did twice. 2. Despite calling them several times for room service,they did not show nor provided us with the drinking water. 3. Saw a rat in the room which even jumped on the bed .

I am going from Jaipur to Prayagraj by taxi, so I will stay at the Bridge Hotel at midnight. The hotel has beautiful rooms, is clean, and has very nice staff.

Very ordinary service for a centrally located hotel. Staff is ok but untrained and room service is passable. ||No hand towels in the room, no clothes hook provided in the washrooms. Old stained bath towels and the bed mattress had a big gash on the side.||Professionalism was missing everywhere.

Everything was excellent. Food quality to room service to hygiene everything was 5 star. Enjoyed a lot.

Located at the centre of the city, Old property doesn't expect too much from the property in terms of cleanliness and hospitality. Budgeted hotel.
