Status Club & Resort

We dined at Dhuan Kanpur. Sandeep Bose, the manager and the whole team at Status Club was quite courteous and generous. We enjoyed our evening with delicious pizza and pasta. The tiramisu was quite tempting. In all, a perfect gateway for the evening.

Booked this hotel for a wedding in the family, and let me tell you, the booking experience was a nightmare. We had booked 10 rooms online for two days (half for the bride's side, half for the groom's), but just ONE day before the event, we were told they could only give us half the rooms. Why? Because they had booked those rooms offline for a higher price. Imagine the chaos! On the day of the haldi/mehendi function, the entire family is supposed to arrive at 10 AM, and we're running around searching for rooms because the hotel staff refused to give us the rooms we had already paid for. Talk about stress! But, apart from that disaster, the rest was actually quite good--delicious food, helpful staff, and beautiful decorations. But honestly, that booking fiasco? Totally unacceptable.

One of finest club and resort in Kanpur, favourite destination for high class wedding and party. Located in Cant Area itself define nobility of this place. Combined open and close space, separate hut like cubicles, provide comfort and fun sitting in groups.

I had a very disappointing experience at Status Club Hotel. While the ambience is nice and gives a feeling of living in nature, the stay was far from pleasant. The hotel is more like a cottage setup rather than a traditional hotel, and frequent events like weddings and corporate celebrations make it quite noisy. Service & Management: We had a confirmed reservation for 10 days via email, but upon arrival, we were told that no rooms were available. The reception staff, especially Jithender, was extremely unhelpful and rude. Instead of honoring our booking, they asked us to stay at another hotel for a day or two. The alternate hotel they arranged was in terrible condition--completely unlivable. It's shocking how they treat their customers with such disregard. After a long argument, they finally provided a room, proving that rooms were actually available despite their earlier claims. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable. Room & Facilities: Some door locks don't work properly, making security a concern. Staff response is slow and careless when you report issues. Billing system is a mess--we stayed for 4 days but received a bill for 6 days! Final Verdict: The management, especially Jithender, made our experience extremely frustrating. The lack of professionalism, poor service, and misleading booking process ruined our stay. I do not recommend this hotel and definitely won't be returning.

We absolutely loved our stay at Status Club Resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. We can't wait to come back and enjoy another relaxing vacation at this beautiful resort.

Mr Sandeep bose is a good company. He made sure we have a lovely evening. Food was great.
