Vulgar & unprofessional hotel staff During my check out the staff present at reception area asked me for 5 star ratings, I refused at that time but promised to do it later. Now they are calling & texting me again & again to put a 5 star ratings for them, this is not appropriate behaviour. Stop using the personal information of your customers for such purpose just to gain some good ratings. I am not going to stay next time at this hotel and advice people to stay away from this unprofessional hotel.

Fake 5-Star Ratings & Third-Class Hotel Don't fall for this because of its good ratings--I can assure you, as I stayed here just last week with my female partner. The reception staff is the worst and uneducated, lacking basic manners to deal with customers. The hotel rooms are very small, which is again misleading from the images shown. There's no proper parking, which makes it even worse. The railway crossing gate nearby closes several times a day, causing big traffic jams. You have to park on the road at your own risk, which leaves your vehicle open to damage from the sudden rush when the gate opens.

Over-priced and the rooms are very small. I checked prices online and it was showing only Rs. 1200 but the hotel staff at the reception rudely deined it. This is misleading for people who are booking only at such prices on make my trip or any other online platform because in the end they will deny the check-in which happened with me. I wasted my time and money over this place and I will not going to suggest anyone this highly over-priced hotel.

Hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hotel is that is located at great location and has a friendly staff. Location of hotel is easy access to nearby attraction, transpotation. Hotel atmosphere is very positive. Staff are very attentive and polite.
