Red Orchid Hotel Kanpur

I recently stayed at Hotel Red Orchid and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The location is excellent--centrally situated with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered modern amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a smart TV. On the downside, the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours, and parking space was limited. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall quality of service. I'd definitely recommend Hotel Red Orchid for both business and leisure travelers looking for a reliable stay without breaking the bank. What stood out most was the staff--they were polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, especially the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of both local and continental options.

Average hotel with very small rooms. Only solo can adjust not recommended for families. Linen is in very bad shape specially towels. They are old, shabby and stinking. Bar is good but very expensive and mostly found empty due to very high rates. Tea costs Rs 104 again very costly. Under MAP plan, you will get same limited menu daily so not a good option for business traveller. Overall a bad experience. Better options at good rates are available in city.

My experience was very good . The staff was polite Althought they messed up my experience when i reached their restaurant for dinner after hearing my room no. They told me that dinner was on the house for the pakage i booked but later that night they called me up and charged me money . I dont know if it was a genuine mistake or just a scam that they did but be careful and always double confirm if that happens with you . Loved the rooms the bathrooms were sport less the rooms were very comfy almost felt like home .

Very conjusted rooms. There is no proper ventilation in the rooms. Beds are also not comfortable. They have very non-sense rules like if you order tawa roti in room service, they will serve but if go to the restaurant which is located at top floor, they will not, however it prepared in the same kitchen. Staff is not so cooperative. Not recommending as staff and hospitality is not up to the Mark.

The room service and staff are realy good. On point hospitality. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Red Orchid Hotel. The rooms were very tidy and well-equipped. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Best part was the food. This hotel has an excellent chef, the food was perfect and the prices were very reasonable.
