MVR Grand Hotel

Excellent service with a smile was the main reason for me to post a review. I stay at Delhi and had never thought of such service at Kanpur. One must visit/taste their food before finalising their venue for any event. Warm gesture by GM Saurabh Baghel is an icing on the cake. Upendra Kumar Dwarka, New Delhi

Service and ambience really good ... Food is delicious.. we celebrated our daughter's birthday.. everything is managed by them very gracefully.

Sapphire roof top has written that "No smoking zone" but inspite of that people are smoking there i think MVR management should see this seriously when we sit with our family it effects alot

I visited this place twice, once the food was perfect but the other time it was only ok.

The overall service was excellent but I would be lying if I said that I wasn't disappointed that nobody was there to help unload the luggage from the car to the room standing by. At least they provided one when we asked to check out but it was kinda unexpected how it didn't happen when checking in. * Plus point for prompt response for keeping my blazer which I forgot in the room when checking out and was returned to me safely when I returned almost an hour later.

I have had two experiences at this Hotel, the most striking thing is there food, delicious, warm & healthy. The service is just a few inches away from exemplary, the staff is well behaved and alert, they just need to be a bit more conscious on the speaking part. I am yet to try out there lounge. More than just a good place for hosting small parties of about 150 -165 people. Worth every penny.

Owner Mr Rohit is humble & always ready to give attention to the guest.
