The hotel is no less than a dharamshala even that is better because here only rooms and no ventilation. Bathroom too has no ventilation all the bad smell escapes to the room. The room when door shut stinks as no air supply. Ac too working poor and it has nothing to do with fresh air so visit at your risk as no auditing, you need so you opt otherwise the norms of a stay has nothing to do here you pay repent and move on no one can improve the condition as no accountability no civic sense. It's is not that you show dislike, The main point is this review should be read by some authority who can atleast do a serious review of not just this but many other hotels like this.

The photos shown on maps and site looks nothing like the property! Hygiene is a certain concern specially the bathrooms and bed sheets were all stained and smelly. I would not even give a star to a place with this level of cleanliness.

The hotel staff is very very courteous and helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is the room and especially the washrooms.

I visited Kanpur for a wedding and stayed at this hotel for two days with my family. Here's my feedback over this hotel: 1) Room Condition: - AC in my room wasn't working, despite reporting it at 1 am, room service arrived late and couldn't fix it. - Two out of four rooms were stinking. - Found cigarette butts and leftovers from previous guests in rooms. - Bathroom tap had no water when I needed to use it at the time of bath. 2) Service Quality: - Room service was slow to respond and ineffective in fixing issues. - Missed complementary breakfast due to lack of staff attention, and when served, it was tasteless. - Poor communication and excuses from staff regarding service failures. 3) Staff Behavior: - During checkout, encountered rude and disrespectful behavior from the manager. - Manager was dismissive and defensive when providing feedback, showing no regard for customer satisfaction. 4) Overall Experience: This hotel provided the worst experience I've had. Disrespectful treatment from staff and poor amenities make it unsuitable for recommending to others. I regret choosing this hotel and would advise against staying here based on my experience. Such disregard for customer comfort and satisfaction is unacceptable.

NO NEVER NEVEREVER Worst experience in my life. Staff is so ill behaved. Not a safe place for family. Staff will threaten you of their local goons. Better to stay in railway dormitory than staying here. Hotels like this is making hospitality world ugly.

Worst experience ever. I recently went there to stay but everything was just so weird there, the room and bathroom were stinking and sometimes there was no water coming from the tap. If you order any food you have to remind them atleast 3-4 times plus the food tastes too bad. The room and bins were not cleaned, bins still had the trash left by the previous guests, on calling them to clean the room or bins they made excuses. I opened the window and out there I saw a lot of trash and my room started stinking even more badly. I recommend you all to never visit this hotel.
