Hotel The Novelty

Today 18th Feb 2025 I booked the hotel looking at the brilliant pics and also almost good rating. But this is Worst hotel I have sayed in my life, I wish I could rate a 0 or negative. Location:- One of the worst location I would ever stay in my life. Looks like you are entering in some filthy area. Hotel:- This is a cinema hall and they also give rooms under the name of hotel. Looks like Hotel "Decent". Shabby and Shady Hotel, A strict No Recommendations for Family person. Food Service:- Very poor and Delayed service. It took them 1 hour to give me food I ordered at 8:36 PM and received food at 9:40 PM. Rooms:- In the first room I was staying they had some bathroom water leakage issue. I was moved to an upgraded room, in this upgraded room they did not provided water bottles, toiletries, and in this washroom the flush was not working and as of now at 10:16 PM I am waiting for someone to come and get this repaired. 0 Star Hotel.

Hotel is good, but I think it would be better if they consider improving service.... Food is also ok...... not so good.

The location seems not safe after night. But the rooms and services are good enough for families.

The stay was good with service, food, hospitality and staffs. Location wise it was but clumsy as in the main market area. But overall had a good time here

I had an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance. The food was exquisite, with a wide range of variety available. The presentation of the dishes was artful, and the portion sizes were generous. Whether you're a local or a traveler passing through Kanpur, I highly recommend dining here. I went for a 2 day trip to kanpur from Delhi. And one of my friend recommended this place and the stay was worth it.
