Hotel The Heera Divine

During Mahakumbh 2025 trip, Me and my friends stayed in this hotel for 2 nights . One day we called reception/kitchen for ordering khichdi as we all had stomachache ....we tried 4-5 times but no one picked the call after some time one of my friends approached kitchen area for looking someone who can help but no one was there..but he saw 3-4 big rats roaming around in the kitchen..it was so horrifying and than we got to know the reason behind our stomachache after that we ordered khichdi from outside and took medicines. Next day, after checkout we were just seating in lounge area because our train was getting delayed by 2-3 hours so after some times we got tired and just wanted to lean down for some rest/support the reception guy told us to not to lean down just sit properly. Poor service, bad hygiene and non cooperative behaviour.

Be careful about this hotel, they are scammers and frauds. I booked this hotel through agoda and when I went there , they said they don't have any rooms and gave room to some other direct walkers just in front of me. When I connected agoda, they are not worrying about guest they are just worried about their hotel partners. They are asking me to wait for their reply in middle night with kid in middle road. Please don't book this hotel, they are just like Oyo hotel.

Very nice service. We went there for a wedding. The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff were always gracious and discreet. Location is 5 mins from station. Definitely recommended.

Hotel is nice with reasonable rates and good location, The service was prompt too. The only downside is the rude receptionist women, she has no decency to talk and doesn't know how to behave with customers. Too arrogant person. Hotel need to change the reception women. Otherwise customers won't come twice. Hotel must look into this issue! People going there should not talk with the reception women and let other handle their affairs otherwise be prepared to feel insulted.

Not a good service and facilities water are not available in rooms

One of the finest hotels near Kanpur central railway station. Clean, Hygeinic and affordable prices with very good fooding. Normal and executive two types of rooms are available. Staff responsivity is awesome.

Lady Receptionist is very rude, very unprofessional and very aggressive don't know how to talk with guests. Earlier they included the breakfast in hotel room charges but at checkout she denied everything and was very unprofessional and asked to pay us full amount of breakfast. And this is happened when we have stayed second time even hotel staff was agreed with us
