Hotel Swagat

We stayed for 2 nights.. Room wasn't clean.. it wasn't clean actually.. dust was there.. they didn't wiped.. bedsheet wasn't changed by staff.. blanket was stinking.. no toiletry kit was provided by hotel ( no shampoo, no soap)..

Very bad experience, room and service quality was poor. Location is very good though. Still wouldn't consider it for our next time.

Hotel is good but I felt maintenance to be done better. If they improve the quality of service, they can become one of the best hotel in this area.

Very helpful, considerate and polite staff. Felt very safe as a female. Highly recommend this place for future travellers.

It was wonderful stay. The staffs are good

I would stay here again. The staff were very good. Took care of all my special requests for meals, calling taxis, early morning wake up call. 5 star service for a very good price. The room was OK, clean, comfy bed. Hot water in the bathroom. Not far from the strain station.

Rooms are small in size but comfortable. Staff is friendly and supportive. No restaurant but Room Service is available. Food tastes good. Lot of good street food joints are available in close vicinity of Hotel.
