Hotel Solitaire Inn - Best Hotel

I stayed for two days in Kanpur. Mr Mayank Pandey ji helped me a lot with my booking done online through Fab Hotel app. I did not like the room booked by Fab and requested for change on customer care, but they denied. Instead of leaving us on our own, Mayank Pandey ji helped us by talking to the customer care and managing us another room. It was his humble support and empathy that made our stay at Kanpur memorable.

Terrible Stay I had an absolutely terrible experience at Fab Hotel Solitaire Inn, Kanpur. This place is a complete scam! They charge a huge amount for a "big room with breakfast," but in reality, they provide a tiny, suffocating room with an unhygienic washroom and no breakfast at all, despite it being included in the tariff. There was no food available, no proper lighting, and no staff to take care of guests. The hotel felt completely abandoned, with zero security. Staying here was nothing short of a nightmare. This hotel is ruining the reputation of Fab Hotels . Such pathetic service should not be associated with reputed platforms. Fab Hotels should take strict action before this place completely damages their brand. Avoid this hotel at all costs! Worst experience ever!

Horrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The moment I stepped into the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The bedding was filthy, with visible stains and an unpleasant odor. The furniture was covered in dust, as though it hadn't been cleaned in months. The bathroom was even worse--a complete nightmare. The taps were leaking, causing water to pool everywhere, and the entire bathroom smelled musty and unclean. There was grime in every corner, and the sink and toilet looked like they hadn't been scrubbed in ages. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value cleanliness and basic hygiene, avoid this place at all costs. It's a disgrace to hospitality standards.

Rooms are spacious but the washroom is not good. It's not well cleaned and also the commodes and wash basins are very old. They should upgrade these things. In the rooms bedsheet pillows were clean but the wardrobes are not well maintained. Location is very good. Near to Rave moti mall. On the main road. Service and food is good. Specially their breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. But their rooms are overpriced. It's not worth 2k or 2.5k. Their room is like 1000 to 1200 rupees worth

Atteded Engagement function here. Chairs are very old and rusty and its covers were almost dirty. Service was not up to the mark. Staff is cooperative.

Very bad place.. have to pay for water bottle. Too much noise while sleeping. Not good and peaceful
