HOTEL SB CASTLE

we had marraige ceremony recently in sb castle..we had very bad experience there..rooms were full of mosquitos..and they were not bringing all out despite telling 2-3 times.Behaviour of staff was very bad at reception..pragati mishra named one staff were forcing for checkout at 11 am itself.. they were not bringing water bottles despite telling 3 times at reception..i will not recommend anyone for any function at sb castle otherwise anyone will face horrible experience..staffs at reception are very bad and uncooperative...

Security is low. Service also needs to be better. Rooms are good. There is a scarcity of parking space

Business trip very nice stay and comfortable staff response is excellent food is delicious room size is very specious and all services are excellent

Excellent stay with supportive staff and the quality food. Will stay next time.

Hall size and ambience is good But catering/food service was not good It felt neglected and unprepared.

Everything was good. I will suggest to my friends to halt in SB Castle
