Unprofessional staff,no water provided,charges was high as per overall ambience and facility.

Rooms very small, leaky washrooms, no toiletries, tv not working with reason it's not working for any room..reception on 2nd floor...

A very compact sized not have good space for like weddings or some big family functions but good for small get together,birthday parties,meet-up's Over all can be say it's OK

Very poor place , Don't go there . They show their prices 900-100 rupees on MMT, goibobo and Agoda .once you book that and go their, on day of checkin they don't allow you to checkin and ask more money for checkin something 2400 rupees. Do not go their they will really ruin your day

It's so small and compact that everything looks messy from food stalls and the banquet hall has no air ventilation it feels so stuffy.

My cousin sister wedding held on 20th of May, 2022 at Hotel Samrat. AC wasn't work as per said gathering, provided furniture was so bad, Kitchen Utensils was on bad conditions, Buffet utensils even more worst system, lift should be more convenient as required. Overall banquet wasn't good n something makes worst this hotel which is OYO

Room,ambinence is good but staff in reception is not up to mark ...during stay he come and knock the room and say sir change the room due to paid booking yur room is given to other guy ....wat a nonsense guy he is..if u don't have enough room for fullfill yur occupany then why u take booking at the time of check in....really embarassing ...
