Hotel Rass

Never visit this hotel , otherwise you will be regret on your decision. Third class service and no staff in the hotel. Security gaurd sits on reception and handle the customer in very bad manner. Owner is very greedy for money. Rooms cleaning is very bad , bathrooms are horrible and no hot water in bathroom. Water tape and gyeser are full of leakage. Water is leaking from flush tank and it makes the bathroom floor dirty and wet all the time. My experience is very bad and really want to save other customers, please don't book ever.

Worst hotel I have seen Githa hotel hai You should never prefer to stay in this hotel in worst situation also. Service was very poor and there was lack of water in washrooms , furniture was broken and poor response of staff and a unhigenic place where no cleaning happens in room and dirty mattress and washrooms. Never ever prefer this hotel for any purpose

Very pathetic and horrible hotel. Service and management also very bad and attitude towards collect the money. I would suggest to all never stay in this hotel, better you should stay Dharamshala.

Pathetic Hotel, never stay there. Location is OK but it's worst than any lodge. The hotel owner / manager just greedy for money and least bother about customer's satisfaction.

The quality of room and cleaning was good. But room service was not that good. I requested some heavy breakfast at 9:00 AM and was told that chef is unavailable hence I can get only bread in Breakfast. Rest everything is fine. Tea was great and overall room design is nice.

We had our college alumni meet and had booked 15 rooms for a day last week. It was the worst kind of an experience. Although the staff was nice, but in view of absolutely unprofessional and callous owners/top management, the staff was looking to be helpless. Rooms were dirty, TV not working, Curtains falling down, no proper room service and poor washrooms. When asked for a bottle opener, was politely told they did not have any. In Breakfast they served Omelet, without bread as the stock was over. All in all this hotel is a big let down. Would not advice anyone to even think about it.

Yiur property is not just in a prime location, property is also built fabulously. Rooms are indeed decent. Staff members are well behaved. However You Food quality and service Needs big time improvement. Merely this one aspect can change the numbers for you guys. Good wishes. Will surely look forward to seeing the suggestions getting initiated next time I come down to your hotel.

Group of twenty of us had a dinner party at Rass Residency, Thoppumpady. Plenty of menu options were there and service was Excellent Friendly staff..... & amazing ambience Homely atmosphere.Food was delicious A Special thanks to Mr.Abin for his amiable & amicable approach We are so grateful for the pleasant evening you have arranged for us. We enjoyed really well. Spend much & more time with our family.
