Hotel O 701171 OTH Kalyanpur Metro

The experience is horrible and not recommended for family staying. First of all the bathroom was very dirty and the used condom was found. Second the hotel stuff themselves losing the keys and insisting us to give them the keys when we're going out. Third, we found a helmet inside the room when we came back from outside. We suspect that some are entering inside our room. The justification of the stuffs were unclear, contradicting and very offensive and when asked for CCTV footage their manager was out of station. The room service is zero. ACs not working and stuffs are not good. Everything seems suspicious about the hotel.

I have booked this hotel because very few hotels are available nearby IIT kanpur. Mostly guests were from IIT kanpur. Room - They don't maintain high standards of hygiene and cleaning. Bathroom was very dirty and basin turned yellowish. Old and used bedsheets were given and blankets were not washed since ages. A very unpleasant smell was there in room due to poor bedding. Services - They don't have proper restaurant and bring food from nearby dhabas. Food quality are very unhealthy and pathetic. Lots of oil was dumped in dishes and no taste at all. They do daily cleaning of rooms and don't have permanent cleaning staff. Cleaning staff was available only in morning for 1 or 2 hour if you missed that time then you have to wait till next day. Behavior of hotel staff was very rude and I had to go to reception multiple times for single item. Location and facilities- Located little away from main road and they don't have dedicated safe car parking. I had to park my car on street side. Also they don't take responsibility of car safety. One desi liquor shop is located at end of hotel gali so drunken people are always there. It is not safe to roam around alone in this area. There is not good hotels or restaurants in this area. I had to go to near IIT campus of good & hygienic food. Recommendations- Avoid this hotel and try to take hotel in main city. Public transportation is easily available from main city at all time. Staff was behaving like they are doing some favors on some and we are living on their mercy. Don't try this hotel at all otherwise you will waste your money.

Stayed for 2 days. AC was only working on 25degC and not even TV is working and room Is too small. Even after complaining duirng complete still neglected ..it is better to keep 300 extra and stay in better hotel with all comforts atleast

The location was good near the metro station. It was a nice experience for me. Neat & clean room and washroom. The staff was well-mannered and disciplined. They were respecting my privacy. I will suggest this property to my friends or family if they are nearby to this location.

Consider this only if you want to pay them in cash, otherwise they charge you 12% extra on your bill, they will promise you to give the bill on WhatsApp but they will not give it. Rooms are good, food is okay and service is good, but they want all in cash to save GST. And don't book from OYO book from fabhotel or by directly visiting the hotel.

Very bad behaviour and service... We reached with booking confirmation to hotel around 9pm. Once we reached, we were informed that the rooms are full and can't accommodate us. Being new to the city, in the winter night and family is standing in roadside, this is a very very bad experience. This hotel is not located in a very good location. It was inside some small street from main road and none of the shops or hotels or anything around. Loud music was going on for some party in this hotel, I am sure no guest will appreciate that much loud noises in the middle of night.

My first stay was bad because the room service was very bad or staff from above was very rude, they were not paying properly or the extra payment was given on the basis of which my booking was done. Then enter the room or go to the door again and again in the name of room Service That's why I won't go right now and I'll urge other people too not to go.
