Most importantly it is pet friendly so I could stay easily with my pet dog. Rooms are good and staff is also helpful. Location is hardly 2-3 km from main highway and approach road is also very wide. Food is also very good. Overall recommended.

Horrible service. The room i got had old and used bedsheet and when i asked it to be changed the staff argued saying "theek toh hai". TV remote missing Room is in bad state, damaged walls Dirty and torn bedsheets and bed covers Too many mosquitoes

Beautiful banquet hall and hotel. Great location and easily accessible. They have multiple balls and multiple events or ceremonies happens simultaneously, which can be a little disturbing if all halls are booked for marriage and so. This create chaos sometimes and hence becomes uncomfortable. However, it is one of the few very good banquet halls at this location. I am surprised they don't have a big entry gate considering the fact they operate multiple halls and functions at the same place simultaneously. I am disappointed specifically by their snacks section of the food served during one of the ceremony i attended. I think they have given to third party and the snacks section was really bad, and none of the visitors were happy with it. Although, there were no problems with the main course section. I am not sure whether the customers booking the venue arrange their hospitality themselves by hiring it categorically from outside. But yes. The rooms were good and the service too. Banquet hall section is fine too.

I initially had reservations about booking Hotel Mandakini as I live in Panki, which is quite far from the location. However, I'm glad I decided to stay here. We booked two rooms and spent the night comfortably. Although I opted out of breakfast during booking, I was pleasantly surprised when the staff informed me in the morning that breakfast was ready. Later, I learned that they provide complimentary breakfast to every guest, which was a delightful surprise and truly appreciated. Hospitality: Exceptional! Every staff member was eager to assist without any excuses, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Food: Absolutely delicious! While there is a dhaba nearby, the food at the hotel was fantastic and well worth enjoying. Cleanliness: Spotless. I had no issues with cleanliness, and everything was well-maintained. Overall, my experience at Hotel Mandakini was wonderful. The thoughtful gestures and excellent service truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Very good place for marriages. Clean rooms , tasty food staff very supportive. They never say no whatever you demand. My daughter's marriage event was very well organised. Groom side were very happy with the hospitality of this hotel. I would like to give 10 stars.

Very good experience. Visited this hotel during my friend's marriage. This is the bested hotel in kanpur. Their decor, their food yum, their staff always ready to help. Rooms are also neat and tidy. 100 percent recommended.

Huge thank you to Mr Dinesh rajput & his entire team of Mandakni, we hosted our two days event of haldi sangeet & wedding ceremony. We all were very surprised with extremely delicious food, specially indian food was wonderful, next day wedding arrangements such as decor food and services were very upto the mark.staff were very supportive. Chat counter is very recommended to everyone. Once again thank you Dinesh , keep leading team like this.
