Hotel with lowest prices. But, location of hotel is heavily crowded. Room service phone was not working. Every time you have to go to reception and ask for room service. Food taste is good. Huge difference between online photos and reality. It's a one star hotel. Rooms & toilets are not clean. I got old used towels and blankets.

Rooms are okok but the manager which was sitting at the check in time was not good he said if we know you guys are foreigners we will not give you rooms because they don't went to give time to make "Form C". Making form Form C is the headache form him as he said. So people form another country have to think before select this hotel.

Excellent Hotel, neat and clean, food quality is very good and it is reasonable. Behavior of staff specially Manger Mr.Abhay is very good.

Room space is good and service is also very nice .staff is so cooperative .market is near

Rooms r bit dirty especially curtains. Looks like they were never washed after purchase.

The room was spacious and clean. I had a good personal experience with the hotel. Not tried food their so no comments for that, but the staff behaviour was good.. I personally did not find the room so costly and would definitely prefer to visit again.. And the foremost important thing is the location of the Hotel.. Its amazingly convenient as it has many fooding and easy conveyance options nearby.

I had visited Kanpur for some work and after talking to 3 different hotels, I decided to take a room here. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days solo. Its located conveniently near to any important place in Kanpur, as you can access Rapido or any transport for matter pretty easily. It is at a location buzzing with people around, a lot of restaurants, small Dhaba's, eateries surround the street leading to the hotel. This hotel is pretty good in and around kanpur , as it has well trained front desk, clear and defined communication of terms as well. I asked for complementary breakfast for my stay and likewise agreed , although i couldn't wake up in morning and thus missed, i got complementary evening snacks. No corridor sounds, or disturbance heard during my stay. It doesn't have restaurant to dine in but menu can be ordered via room service. Food quality is good, esp i liked the parathas offered, pulao, and pakodas. Tea is highlight and any instruction regarding items were duly noted and implemented. Coming to the room, mattress was comfortable and ac is satisfactory . Washroom has access to hot water. Room service is the highlight. I had fever bcs of travel, room service had responded to my request and brought me the medicine. In and around Kanpur, it is best place for people coming from other states, as it has excellent room service and clear communication . what i came to know is that the street to this hotel is also known as a food street. And also it is better to approach directly rather than booking by third party apps in kanpur.

Excellent Hospitality Provided by Hotel Mandakini Plaza, Kanpur. Big spacious rooms, lovely ambience and delicious food. Just loved my stay. Thanks to Manager Mr. Abhay who is very co-operative in lending his support every time I visit hotel.
