Hotel Mandakini Lush

I stayed there 3 night and find very peaceful atmosphere. Service was excellent and cleanness and hygiene was on top priority. Manager Nilesh is very courteous and great manager there. Lastly recommended highly to stay here.

Giving half star to Mandakini Lush Hotel is too much, this hotel has low quality services. Bad food, dirty lift, dirty rooms, dirty bed sheets. I was forced to spend a night there. Even after asking repeatedly, the dirty sheet of the quilt was not changed. The management is so poor that even the flush was not working. Worst hotel, worst service, worst food.

Location is good, but it is just budget hotel. Not maintained. If want to go economical then it is ok.

The best hotel in kanpur Mr rahul sir is a best man thish hotel

The hotel staff are cheaters and fraud. They took our ID and refused to give back the next day saying it's lost. They were not at all ready to help or solve our problem and wanted us to leave. We had to call the police as ID is a serious issue. And the best part is they were able to find my ID as the police arrived and took an undertaking from them. Police even found a whole bunch of Aadhar Card from their reception which clearly shows they misuse our ID. Talking about services the food was decent, location was centralised but cleanliness is definitely an issue. Overall not worth the price you pay. And who wants to stay in a fraud place. So don't go for it.

Nitesh Singh Manager Vinod g is housekeeping incharge in this Hotel .The hotel is located in NH Rd the rooms are very beautiful Nitesh is very Humble and gentle human being he helped me out in each and every way he provided me room at late night provided dinner and Vinod g helps me in each and every way u can say both helped me out of the box and each and every person is humble I'll visit again ..Great Going guys

Rooms are good and well cleaned The behaviour of the staffs were also very good. Overall it was a great stay .Will recommend to everyone .
