Hotel Mahadeva Regency

The Hotel is good. but if you are related from religion then it's not located on that type of area. 99% shops are Non- Hindu. Street food or Restaurant all are "M" Factor. so you will not find a good meal near .If it doesn't matter to you then there is a good ambience. there are local markets that are very good. Lift is available. Television available and also it works. The Hotel didn't have a personal parking area. there is a Multilevel parking you can Park there. The parking is very good. overall a good hotel with a good ambience.

Worst experience Room tarrif is not fixed, rent is arbitrary Rooms are full of dust and mosquitoes, The quality of food is also very bad

Situated at Parade chauraha opposite ppn market.... hygeine room nice ambience staff was very supportive. Budget friendly. Must visit

Worst Hotel in Kanpur, Hotel service are so bad there is no clean room no clean Bathrooms,no clean bedsheets and they do not provide clean bedsheets, Not a Type of Family Hotel

Tariffs are high as compared to the services and the room size. No proper soap , spider webs all around, no iron , suffocating room size. The reception staff is also rude and they have the audacity of charging extra amount on products which already have a MRP marked on them. Never ever visit this place.

First and foremost, Kanpur is a terrible place to look for decent hotels. I have travelled across UP and found much smaller cities and towns having much better hotels at reasonable prices. In Kanpur you either get a very poor hotel for Rs 1,500-2000 or have to shell out Rs 4,000-Rs 6,000 and above.||I stayed at Mahadeva Regency last week while on an assignment in Kanpur. I chose it as I had stayed here for a night last year while covering UP elections. That in no way is a certificate of the hotel being very good.||I chose it because I did not want to look for a hotel as I was reaching Kanpur at 12 midnight. The room provided to me had not been cleaned properly and there was dust all over. I had no energy to complain so didn't. ||The rooms are very small but have a functional AC and TV. There is room service and staff is very helpful and courteous. It is advisable only if you have to just spend the night after getting down from the railway station. It is located very close to the famous Landmark hotel and has markets closeby along with the Mall Road. So you are very much in the heart of the city and very well connected.||The tariff is in the range of Rs 1,500 to Rs 2000 so a budget hotel.||I was forced to unfortunately stay at the hotel the next day as well as due to AkshayTritiya, there were too many weddings in Kanpur and there were no hotel rooms available. The many I checked that night, were no better than Mahadeva. That's Kanpur.||The next day I had to leave at 5 am and I left back two pairs of shoes behind. I informed the hotel after boarding the train and they were nice enough to promptly courier me my stuff the same day.

Fraud hotel, they posted Wrong photos, No swimming pool , lounge u seen in pic. Even with the water problems, there is only one service boy. The room is totally unhygienic. Never ever come to this hotel. Totally fraud. The room is totally different from what they are showing in review

Rooms were not cleaned properly. A lot dust was there, even previous guest left bear bottle was there and flush was not working. If you can find some better hotel, go for that.
