Hotel Lata Continental

Avoid this DUMP at all costs. This is the worst third-class hotel I've encountered--terrible rooms, awful staff, and an utterly incompetent owner who clearly has no idea how to run a hotel. The soundproofing in the rooms is so pathetic that you can hear every whisper from the corridor, people moving and traffic noise, leaving you with no peace. Room service? Nonexistent. I called for a simple bottle of water and waited 20 minutes--nothing. When I finally dragged myself to the reception to check, the excuse was, "We don't have enough staff." Pathetic. To top it all off, the bedsheets were filthy, making the whole stay a disgusting nightmare. It feels like it's being managed by a complete amateur.

Best hotel you could find in Kanpur, everyone from the receptionist to the housekeeping was extremely polite and friendly. Also very close to the railway station, so extremely accessible. We had a great stay here! Definitely recommend. #Not_sponsored

Stayed there for a week and my experience was too good. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was near Kanpur station. Staffs were well disciplined and polite.
