Hotel Govinda Royal

The hotel is in good area and I take the family room it is good but room service is late and room are expensive

Booked through Oyo two King Size bedrooms. Was forcibly allotted a single bedroom instead. Later on I was told they can't refund charges because I shouldn't have accepted the room. Room wasn't cleaned on daily basis. AC was turned off early morning several hours before checkout. The support staff was courteous and were helpful but that doesn't make up for the greedy nature of management.

Good hotel and staff behaviour good all good

Really a superb hotel with incomparable services and facilities. The location of the hotel is very good. The lights were too impressive. The furniture equipped in the rooms was very comfortable. The extra ordinary service of the hotel staff impressed us a lot. The hotel staff served us great and it was like a selfless care. Overall we had a nice stay in the hotel. Thanks to the hotel team for giving me such a memorable holiday trip.

We booked 5 rooms for 2 nights for a friend's wedding, and let me tell you - this is possibly one of the worst hotels I've stayed in U.P. Don't be fooled by the pictures - they're nice and good, the rooms are honestly not that bad - you also get free parking!||||But, deal with it - the manager at the reception is a weird guy. He could take some lessons in hospitality! He had a tiff with almost each one of us - even though we checked in separately at different times. ||||The hotel offers zero flexibility on your breakfast. So if you check-in at 9 am, you can not take the complimentary breakfast that day, because you're supposed to take it the next day. But what do you do if you plan to check out at 4 am? Well, tough luck! The hotel won't bend their backs for you. The manager for sure won't!||||Have no hopes to get clean towels, instead watch out for leakage in the washrooms, dirty linen, stuff, stinking rooms and do carry your own blankets - because they might turn around and say NO to you, even though they have them. That's a true story. ||||And guess what? They're so expensive for what they are. Who's going to pay them 3000 a night for a horrible night stay? ||||God save travelers from such motels.

There in no in house kitchen hence you have to wait for long time to get your food orders... Bit costly food... Cleanliness of room is not as per standard... They claim 3 star over Google but are not providing any service as per standard. No tea set in room.

Book if you like losing money and respect Let's start with the check-in experience - The Manager (Manendar Singh) is extremely rude and unsupportive. He outrightly refused checkin when he saw that out booking price was under his expectation and then lied that we have a single booking. I pointed that out and then he kept lying - he was deflecting the whole time. The hotel is surrounded with metro constructions and you won't be able to find it easily - the location on google maps is incorrect and upon calling they'll tell you the location. The rooms are dirty and not worth it - we paid for the whole accommodation and the experience was so bad that we left without refund. Don't ever go.

Worst decision to go there. whoever seating on reception is two-faced person. worst service, worst staff, never trust people here. make sure to not book online from any online booking portal.
