Worst experience ever. The staff and specially the manager was rude. Not.any sort of amenities were there. He charged almost 3700 per room. He looted and cheated us. No towel no water bottle no soap no nothing was there. No hot water. No restaurant provided. He asked us to call 30 number but there were no body who picked up the call. And later he asked to leave hotel at 10::30 when actual time was 11:00am. Worst experience ever. Pls do not go in this hotel and don't waste your money

Overall rating 1-2 As per other rating was very sceptical about hotel and name appeared sketchy The behaviour of staff not bad just at times took time for some service to happen except one incident which will mention later so 3 star but noone of staff misbehaved like few other reviews mentioned earlier. But the part which was really bad was room hygiene and cleaning The bathroom and room had cobwebs all around. Flys in whole room Mosquito filled with no good night provided. The toilet has house lizards all around Toilets and rooms had so many cockroaches here and there which is really unhealthy. Despite telling the staff on this no action happened. The bathroom had hard water stains and toilet doesn't have a faucet Toilets seats had stains While the bed sheets were changed didn't appear good had some bad odour The quilt was looking worn and also had odore The hotel appeared very sketchy as one day we saw two people come in with faces covered gave some id and went to 3 floor why will someone enter hotel with faces covered everyone knows. There is no complimentary water one needs to pay that's ok didn't expected anything free from hotel at the price. Luckly they provided soaps atleast The biggest let down in the quality of sanitization and cleanliness which hotel should look into Definately proper couples or families should avoid. If your single traveling for some work for a few days can look into thos hotel but if hygiene is priority avoid this hotel. Location wise it's ok main road with good availablity of public transport to most part of the city so that can be the only reason someone will stay Lift sometimes get stuck sometimes work . Room had ac which was decent in cooling the room Tv was working with mostly common channels available But during power cut only fan worked at slow Speed and made lot of sound which made it difficult to sleep. No light backup even single light only fan. Power went quite times so it's a problem if you sleep breaks up very easily. There are lots of dogs sitting at the entry of the hotel night which can be challenging if you come walking back to hotel. Majority of 4-5 star review are local people who get paid to give review or directly or indirectly related to the hotel staff. Again you can your self go and check each and every point I have mentioned how valid or not.

Whole staff is very arrogant, don't know how to talk a customer, I recommend that Never go In this hotel otherwise your money will go waste

Hotel GM Forum offered a peaceful escape with stunning views and impeccable service. The room was clean, amenities top-notch, and the staff exceptionally accommodating. While the Wi-Fi occasionally faltered, the overall experience was delightful. Highly recommended for a serene getaway.

When I've visited Kanpur i was searching for a decent accommodation and i found this place. The room tariff which was showing online was 1200 and when i called the hotel to confirm this before making online payment (I've called because their were reviews that this hotel guy ask for extra money in case you've booked online) the hotel person told me that room tariff is 1500 for a room and said 1200 rooms are already booked when i asked that they are still available online he simply said that he don't know about it. He also said that i can pay directly to him at the hotel and their is no need to make online reservation. Finally, the next day when i reached the hotel he asked me to pay 2000 for a room and said 1500 room is also booked (On online platforms even 1200 room was still available but he was denying to give that room as according to him those were already booked). The room he showed for 2000 was very small room (not even worth 1000) with a tiny and stinky bathroom. (I think that was room no. 201 next to reception desk) I'm writing this review to make aware all those who could get cheated due to fraudulent practices and online lower prices and photos showing spacious rooms of this hotel (you'll find nothing like that , check other reviews also of this hotel to get assured). Finally got myself landed to a nearby place with better room and also at a much lower price.

Its hotel management is very bad. Service very bad and staff behivour very rude.Charge extra payment.

Their staff behaviour was sooo apprrciateless, they will take full night charge but you've to finish your work before the night their staff will not in your backup, worst experience of my life Their receptionist will attend you as a manager but when you asked your for your entry and starts voilent with you, so I'll not recommend this hotel....
