Hotel City Palace

Rent given by me but 80% handling was at reception. If you need gyser then call at reception if you need AC,call at reception.Door locking System was unavailable for my room

Very rude staff specially the receptionist. You only have to buy their food you can't order zomato Or swiggy it's not allowed. There is a beer shop next to the hotel make it very bad environment and a hotel that servers 24/7 to drunk people. Means total garbage environment around the hotel.WIFI doesn't work and extra charges needed for every small things. They are just money hungry folks and nothing else. My whole vacation mood was ruined because of this hotel staff members rude behavior. Rooms are good that's the only thing they have though.

This is a great hotel. Very convenient to the inner harbor. The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are very comfortable with AC; wifi network faculties Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention for reception and the restaurant first class service, the evening menu was varied and the food exceptional the coffee creme brulee was divine

They are very unprofessional ,they don't accept Oyo booking order .if you go with Oyo booking order they will definitely denied you ,if you pay online by Oyo booking them definitely they don't allow to check in . please don't booking this hotel see other options or don't book by Oyo go offline .staff behaviour was very rude .I suffered in hot noon in search of rooms because they denied booking order.atleast apko booking nahi lena h to Oyo se partnership hata lo or jab Oyo se booking request aaye tabhi decline kar do atleast koi faltu me tumhare yahan jayega nahi na jab room dena nahi h to .but inko decline nahi karna h customer bulane k liye Oyo ka use karte h aur jao tab alag hi level ka bat karenge .so bhai log koi mat book karo iska hotel .

Please don't book this hotel from OYO or goibibo because whatever picture you will see in the oyo & goibibo app it will we total different they are doing fraud. Dirtiest property i have ever see through oyo hotel staff said it's a 3 three star hotel but it's a 0 star hotel.

Possibly the dirtiest, most rude, noisy hotel I've had the 'luck' to stay at !! Please do not..I repeat DO NOT consider this hotel until and unless you adore rude noisy places! It's better to pay Rs.1200 & book a stay at Kanpur Central Platform.

poor Ac no wifi worst behaviour worst food worst sanitization of rooms, there's nothing to stay like at this hotel kindly pls don't ever book this you better stay in railway station but not here.

Its a very ordinary place & wont suggest unless and until you have very limited budget. The room were very ordinary and small. AC was also giving issues & no hot water in bathroom. Its not for families for sure. For solo or group travelers for short stay if they have limited budget.
