Hotel ASV Grand

Hi All - we booked this hotel during our family function/marriage in mid Nov'24. Jewellery worth Rs 10 lacs and above has been stolen from the hotel room. Be careful if you are taking shelter, keep a very close watch on all room service and other facilities, all balcony at the backside are connected to each other w/o any cctv, if your balcony is unlocked from inside anyone can get into your room. Request not to book this hotel for any occasion where in you carry a lot of valuables. This is genuine feedback. Hence take it very seriously, pls..

Hotel Staff - 1* Beware of your valuables if you're booking your stay in this hotel, i lost gold ornaments worth of 10lacs on 16th Nov-24, reported to Nazirabad thana, suspect is the sweeper (confirm if you need) Property - 3* Rooms are good & spacious with sunlight as well but all balconies are connected with no CCTV on the back side leaving good comfortable space for the thieves to carry out their plans, hence be cautious Also have a good lobby space that can be used for small function Service - 2* No intercom in the rooms, so for every small little things you have to go to the reception, rooms are handed over without any proper check if gyser, fans, water supply & other neccesities are in place up & running, when raised with reception, they responded as if guests are at fault Location - 4* Everything is available around it except for parking as it is quite a congested lane/road My Opinion - I lost my valuables from this hotel, hence not recommended for big functions, if done, make a proper check all around you & the working condition of CCTV cameras

Very unreliable, unsafe hotel that takes no responsibility of the property lost from the hotel room, i lost my gold worth of 10lacs on 16th and hotel denied to take any responsibility for the incident, There are no cctv cameras installed on the back side of the connected balconies of the hotel that clearly shows their involvement in the jewellery theft that occurred on 16th Nov-24 Also the hotel staff especially the house keeping & sweepers gave a really bad stare to lady guests during my entire stay from 14th - 18th Nov-24 Room service is bad & unsafe hotel to book your stay or organize any big events here

Budget friendly hotel i thought there will be no parking here there will be no space but when i came hete there is parkibg here the location is also good the staff is very polite

Book stay in this hotel at your own risk. Heard of jewellery theft, hence not recommended for big family events or stay in this hotel

Very worst place and we have lost gold ornament here and one of their sweeper did this and all hotel staff are being in it so please don't book here for any of the program.
