Beautiful ambience. Amazing stay with delicious food and services are also very fast. All staffs are very c operatives specially Shweta maam . Rooms are neat and clean ...we went hangover bar cuk lounge and took food there ......we really enjoyed staying there..thank u

I had an excellent experience of my stay at this hotel. The service was good. Food hygiene was excellent. I would recommend the visitors to stay at this hotel. The staff of the hotel is very good & cordial in dealing and prompt is replying to the queries.

Urfee took care of us.|Hotel was good and clean. |the rates are respectable . Food was also good. But lack of toiletry . Cooling of room was also good.Over all experience was good as compared to other hotels in Kanpur. Staff was polite. satisfactory stay.

The rooms have been redesigned and the interior looks better now.. Bright and aesthetic.. The food at their restaurant on 6th floor, Khidmat.. is also very delicious and fairly priced.. Do not miss the breakfast if you staying there..

I was looking for a decent place to have dinner on my way back from a long road journey when I happened to spot this place & decided to check it out. It turned out to be a really pleasant experience. Preparation, service, ambience was certainly very good. Given a chance, I would visit the place again with my friends/family. Keep it up 'Team Khidmat'
