FabHotel Maya Crystal - Hotel in Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur

I recently stayed at Maya Crystal, and my experience was far below expectations. One of the most basic amenities any guest expects is clean, sealed, and hygienic complimentary water bottles. However, to my utter shock and disbelief, the hotel provided used water bottles that had clearly been refilled. The seals were broken, and it was obvious they were being reused--a completely unhygienic and unethical practice. This not only raises serious concerns about the hotel's standards but also poses potential health risks to guests. If a hotel can cut corners on something as basic as drinking water, I dread to think about their approach to other aspects of hygiene and cleanliness. It's appalling that such practices are being carried out in the name of saving costs. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they seemed indifferent and offered no genuine solution or apology. The lack of accountability and professionalism made the entire experience even worse. Guests trust hotels to provide a safe and comfortable environment, but Maya Crystal failed miserably in this regard. Such practices are unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel until they address their poor standards and take responsibility for such unethical behavior. I regret choosing Maya Crystal for my stay, and I will definitely not be returning.

Pathetic stay. The hotel didn't provide me towels and came up with a "Gamcha" after 1 hour. They also didn't had water for at least 2 hrs. Linen was dirty. No one to service . The person sitting on front desk was drunk and was threatening me to do whatever I want. His staff was also behaving very rudely and was in a damn care attitude.

It is such a shady hotel. For one night I stayed here almost entire night there was no electricity, so many mosquitoes, dirty mattresses and what not. The hotel is just a lobby on second floor with no lift. In the morning I was waiting for breakfast but they followed their own timings and said it will reach you after 11am. Huge disappointment, please don't ever go and stay here.

A worst experience i am in fear about management so the 1- They talk about checkout and checkout all the time if i already book and give the money for stay ..especially for couple they said like jaldi hojeyga kya 2 . if you book something from outside they will not allow that delivery guy have to give you stuff at door ..you should have to go downside all the time 3. No towel . No soap . and even gyser got some issue and you onow what how much they charge even 2000 inr Honestly my experience is pathetic

Horrible! Yes u read it right. Room is good. Apart from these the attitude of the manager Rishi Yadab is so rude and vulgar. U can't use wifi from ur room, 1 cup disgusting tea rate Rs. 30 and 1 ltr mineral water price is 30. And the funny part is U can't come with outside food in the hoyel, and if u order them for food they give u food from nearest hotel because they don't hv kitchen. Overall my rating is -10.

Decent place to hold wedding functions. It has big and well maintained air conditioned hall and also a big dining area upstairs with few more designated areas to hold other rituals. Unavailability of front lawn poses challenge. Preparation rooms for bride's and groom's side could be improved and so can the toilets and bathrooms.

Pathetic Suit Rooms in which walls are totally destroyed by water marks. Wallpaper are pasted by tape . No inside kitchen available. There are mosquito in room . Electricity issue is main concern

We requested for early check in after booking the room from Makemytrip with complete payment done but it was denied as none of the rooms were available. Arrived at 12 noon in sweltering heat of Kanpur where the guard is not even allowing us to enter the hotel premises saying if it is an online booking then return back, You won't get the room! After insisting to meet the receptionist he eventually allowed, just to hear the same thing being told that all rooms are booked for a marriage function and we cannot provide you a room. They didn't even apologise and asked us to leave! Be aware of this fraudulent behaviour! Muskuraiye aap Gangster Pradesh me hai!
