DNG THE GRAND HOTEL

This hotel is a complete fake! it is hardly a 1 star? They entered with me in the room to spread some stinky perfume becouse it smells awful; the smell is almost everywhere; it must be a structural problem. The food is disgusting, and they don't have any options for intenational non indian hosts at all, even asking they would cook what they think and so pricely. Everything is ;a blooper. They pretend to be, that's all they know nothing about real service and good manners, they even lie. When I arrived after a huge long plane trip, they were pretending that I could pay with my international credit card, but it would not work. After making strange ridiculous scenes, I discovered they simply did not have that option, but they would not tell the truth until I was exhausted, so I had to pay only cash! They had not said that even in the emails we exchanged before the trip. Everything was like a nightmare to discover just that, completely fake!

Amazing breakfast with a great variety of food! The sabudana pakodi was especially delicious. Special thanks to Khushboo for the warm welcome and to the wonderful Jayshree & Shivani who served the breakfast so kindly and efficiently!

My daughter engagement was organised over here and I really enjoyed everything whether it is regarding food/ arrangements/ staff All thanks to Khushboo and the morning team Thank you for all the efforts and making our function memorable for us.

Extremely Disappointed - Worst Experience at DNG Grand We booked DNG Grand for our engagement function, but it turned out to be a horrible experience. The hotel management was completely irresponsible, and none of the promises made were properly fulfilled. 1. Venue Setup - Poor Decoration & Water Leakage The theme and decoration we had finalized were not executed properly. We paid extra for a special entry arrangement, but they failed to provide it. Water was leaking from the vents into the hall, making it very uncomfortable for guests. 2. AC Issues - Ignored Requests Even After Repeated Complaints The AC was not turned on, despite us requesting it at least 10 times. The hall became extremely hot and uncomfortable, but the staff ignored our requests. 3. Food & Service - Poor Quality & Slow Service The food was cold and tasteless. The menu items we had finalized were missing without any prior notice. Service was extremely slow--guests had to repeatedly ask for food and drinks. 4. Unprofessional Staff & Management The staff was rude and unprofessional. Even after multiple complaints, no action was taken. The event manager was unavailable, and the staff kept blaming each other. At the end, when we complained, they rudely told us to do whatever we wanted. 5. Advance Payment Taken & No GST Bill Provided The hotel took full payment in advance and then provided terrible service. When we asked for a GST bill, they refused to give it. Final Verdict - Do Not Book This Hotel! Our engagement was a special day, but DNG Grand ruined the entire experience. Irresponsible management, unprofessional staff, poor service, and no accountability. If you are planning to book a hotel for any important function, do not choose DNG Grand

Overall, It's a top notch event, organised wonderfully by DNG grand. The staff services were quick and accurate. All the members of the staff are super cooperative. The event organiser Neha is very helpful and always have a prompt response to all our query.

I had a horrible experience staying at this hotel for a family wedding. Right from the starting, having a logic-less rule of requirement of one ID for every room to allotting randomly scattered rooms for a group bookings, delaying the preparation of halls by hours with impolite staff and smelly rooms, there is not even a single thing which I could say is good at this property. Would highly recommend to look for better alternatives without giving a second thought.

As the Name used Grand there's is nothing grand they are very cheap people with their food and services Never consider them for any wedding or any occasional function Their food in party was very bad Their Ac is like 3rd class ac which never cool only run for your satisfaction. Rooms are good you can use Their room Staff is very rude A staff name ANOOP was very rude person with zero adequate he has no manner he is like a arrogant person which was use Their position in wrong way admin of DNG must replace person like Anoop and hire a person with their nature and which must be good for DNG. Overall with these staff and facilities never use DNG grand for any kind of occasion
