During my business trip to Kanpur, I stayed at Bhagyaraj Palace Hotel. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities for a productive stay, including high-speed internet and a comfortable workspace. We have booked this hotel for engagement function. While booking owner will make many fake promises but while executing he will not accept. I will specify the person Mr Gagan who manages the hotel 1. All fake promises 2. Food quality was very poor. 3. Talking behaviour of owner is not good. 4. They will switch off electricity and direct you to vacate hall immediately. 5. They will not serve the menu decided by them. Very disappointing experience. BE AWARE AND DON'T BOOK SUCH PLACES TO RUIN YOUR HAPPY MOMENTS.
