I recently visited Best Western Bliss and I must say the food was a major disappointment. To my shock, some of the dishes served were clearly stale. The flavors were off, and the food didn't taste fresh at all. It's unacceptable for a hotel to compromise on the quality of meals, especially when guests are paying a premium. This experience has left a bad impression, and I would not recommend to book this place for your special occasion.

Situated in the busy G.T.Road. An excellent hotel with very good breakfast.Clean room and nice bath room. We enjoyed our stay. Staff courteous and ever ready to help.|Bed was very comfortable and the sleep quality was very good. |Rooms are not sound proof and noisy neighbours were disturbing in the night.

One of the worst hotel in kanpur. The food is the worst in this hotel. The facilities are the worst in the hotel. They couldn't play out pre wedding video. The food was the worst. All the guests could not even sit in the hall. Please think twice before booking this hotel

Worst hotel I have ever visited in kanpur. The staff was very unprofessional. They don't have manner how to talk. Specially the manager named ashish tiwari. Rooms of this hotel are also not so good in condition

Superb location, Nearby full fledged market is available within walking distance, During winters That Gulab Jamun and Moong dal halwa in buffet breakfast was damn tasty

Everything was good at this place. Hospitality at its best. Very courteous staff, superb food quality and ideally located ,well maintained and furnished . Breakfast was comparable to 4 stars with a kind of spread. The staff at the restaurant are smiling and serve you with love. Definitely the best place to stay when you are on business or with family . VALUE FOR MONEY
